2. General Terms and Conditions of Transactions
The use of the website www.grandolympic.gr and the services offered are governed by General Terms and Conditions, applicable to all booking orders, whether by electronic means or by telephone, or directly at the hotel reception.
By booking a room or other service offered by the Grand Olympic Hotel, each user accepts the General Terms and Conditions.
3. Booking
By filling in the relevant fields of the special booking reservation application, that is, a reservation made via the internet portal, but also for any other reservation (telephone by the user via the call center and a reservation made by the user at the hotel reception, the user explicitly instructs the hotel to make a reservation in the room. The booking order binds the user in any case.
4. Reservations & Deposits
– For bookings with a stay of 2 days or more: 2 nights’ deposit
– Travel agencies must discount the full amount of the stay 10 days prior to the arrival of the customer
– Ways to pay an account or VISA & MASTERCARD
5. Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival: free of charge.
– For cancellations or changes later, 50% of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
6. Payment methods
For room booking via the website, payment can be made either by credit card to the system and by paypal to email info@grandolympic.gr, or by credit card through the credit card management system of the bank
The possible payment methods can be found on the website during the booking of the room or by paying at the hotel reception, cash or card.
7. Confirmation of the reservation
In case of booking – purchase of a tourist service through the website, the user will receive confirmation of the reservation – purchase, by e – mail and is obliged to check the correctness of the confirmation data and to inform as soon as possible about any discrepancies or errors concerning the original booking registered. Late reporting of errors and deviations in no way gives rise to a right of withdrawal from the contract.
8. User’s responsibility
For the use of this website, the user guarantees that he / she is over 18 years of age and assumes responsibility for any use of the website by minors on his behalf.
The user is obligated to use the site in accordance with the law and following the terms of use.
Any use of the site for purposes that are misleading, for profit, or for purposes that could cause a malfunction in the provision of its services is forbidden.
Any unlawful use of the site will result in the user being denied access to the services provided by the site.
